Fees can be a sensitive topic for both the client and the clinician, we got into this work to help and serve and the idea of attaching a price to it can feel disingenuous. The harsh reality is as much as we wish we were in the position to provide this care and support for free we must also think about supporting our families and staying leading edge of our work by engaging in ongoing supervision and professional development courses. Sessions with us range from $160 to $250.

We understand that your first session may be extremely intimidating. We want you to come as you are. We invite you to think about what prompted you to reach out and what you hope to get out of therapy with us. We will tune into you and your unique story by paying attention to the historical context of the distress, we will get curious together about the important relationships throughout your life and we will pay attention to how emotion guides and restricts you now. We will work collaboratively to develop a relationship where you can be seen and find a place to rest in your distress so that a different experience can be unveiled.
Initial sessions are scheduled for 90 minutes to allow enough time for therapeutic pacing and initial relationship building.
