About me

I help people turn down the noise and tune in

About Me

How It All Started

While doing work in the community in 2009 I encountered barriers to mental health which inhibited one’s ability to live out life’s purpose. Witnessing pain, structural injustices and the impact of intergenerational trauma moved me to find a Social Work program that would prepare me to create a place of rest for my clients. I believe in the dignity of every human life. This means that everyone is welcome as they are and will be met with an anti-oppressive, cultural humility and trauma responsive approach. As an experienced clinician, I am here to walk alongside you to facilitate insight, growth, and healing.

"I am grateful to have been loved and to be loved now and to be able to love, because that liberates. Love liberates."

- Maya Angelou

My Guiding Principle

I Believe…

that you are enough! It doesn't matter what life throws at you, there is this innate knowledge that you will be okay if you tune in.
